No. It will NOT stop working after 1 year. Its just I can't give lifetime guarantee on anything now Can I? I don't want anyone coming down after 4 years and ask for their 40$ back because it was Lifetime warranty.

& Anyhow, I don't have any problem you considering this a 1 year. 40$ for 1 year with refund warranty is still BEST price you can get for a product that retails at $17 per month.

Hope that makes sense.
