Hello, if you're experienced in refunding and making orders, please help me out.
I am working with absolutely fresh BestBuy accounts, so this could just be the case as to why the orders are getting canceled. I have used a fresh account before and made a succesful order which was off of my phone, and ordering off of my PayPal account, so this is why I am confused as to why I can't hit with a fresh BestBuy account.
