i see there is no .onion link so i just tried to access it from TOR but it just keep getting stuck on cloudfare

Yes because cloudflare blocks 99.9% of tor exit nodes if you'd like to use tor for browsing websites that are behind cloudflare you would need to run proxychains for linux or an equivalent network tool for windows such as freecap.
You would use tor as the entry node and a non flagged ip address(proxy) as the exit node.
I hope this some what made sense if it didn't, skill issue.
