Where are places to use a credit card that won't ask for verification/SMS?

GuestIdk even for sites that don't support this kind of verification gets rejected by the card provider, Maybe its impossible.

I mean Amazon do it for non new accounts on orders under 200 -- but I don't have non new accounts.
