Warning for people that give out false reputation

I feel like people that give false reputation should be warned. For example i gave 2 negative reputations for 2 persons that deserve it and then they decided to hit back, and not only that but they say stuff like scammer or whatever which will most likely cause me difficulty doing any sort of future deal or business on forum.

to some extend this is already the case but still -1. If you would implement this it would be way too much work for anyone to handle and noone can really say whats "false". big waste of time.
