Warning before posting a thread

People that post threads with the title containing the words:
"fuck, nig***, bastard, SS, ...."
Here is the list with all bad words basically

or people posting threads with those words:
"Carding, Paypal, Credit card, cc ..."

Should get a warning box BEFORE POSTING IT similar to this one:

ofc it shouldnt look like a fucking windows xp warning message its just an example

Advantages:

• Mods can work effectivly
  
• Less work for mods and admins to do
  
• Less warnings/ bans
  
• People understand the rules since noone fucking reads them
