Yes and no, could be either that or the thing I maybe struggle to explain !

You see these threads that add "Supreme" as tag ?
Example:

If they use such tag for any rank either they should be hidden or unaccessible for users that has a lower rank, it might be a really weird change too and avoid a lot of leechers that just come for these threads that are open for everyone in a way

If the thing is "Contributor" any rank equal or above it would be able to access it ! But nothing under !

Don't forget to LIKE and/or REP =>Leechers = Reported !
