Some users are just spam listing every single one of their awards and keep relisting them every few hours.
Should be just like the bumping system that there is a cooldown on relisting because this way the only awards shown on the first 2 pages are (no offense) IHM's worthless witch hat awards.
Or maybe limit all users by making them able to only list 1 of each award. (so there won't be pages full of the same award listings all for the same price by the same user)
