New Requirements for Heaven

I know @KSZ doesnt want to make a new role, thats why I have a new suggestion:

Update the requirements for the ranksso there is something to keep grinding for and also I think having Heaven should be something special,
my suggestion is, you need to have atleast: 13k Likes, 1k Rep and 30k Shouts in sb in order to be eligible for Heaven rank. Kiss

There are many people with over 13k Likes even 5 people with over 20k Likes, I just want to make Heaven something special than it used to be, when I joined the forum, being Heaven was really really rare
