dont ban people this fast and be easy on users. i understand that it can get stressful, but just make a queu or something, so all tickets can be solved 1 by 1 at a slower pace.
make a telegram and discord. where you can chat
simplify the website and post all information on a wiki or something. currently its very hard to find things and I have to click & search and get lost in the menus
