Step 2 is a huge red flag. One reason they may want you to disable UAC notifications is so they can freely perform administrator-level actions on your Windows machine.
The site looks like a scam as well; it would be tough for them to keep all of those cheats continuously updated while developers work to patch them.
The screenshots showing the cheats ESP look incredibly fake, as if they took a normal in-game screenshot and photoshopped an ESP on it.
