clarification: i mean at least put them on a different "type" of scam report, eg longer reply, make it so it doesnt open a dwc. anyone can just use stolen c.io accounts or make an alt then open scam reports for fun. can be abused

lot of flaws with the ban system , got my old account w/ premium banned because someone boosted the likes with alt accounts
