This is the ONLY working multi-emulator on the iOS appstore right now. It will probably get taken down soon so be sure to install it while its there so you can keep it afterwards.

It supports GBA, NDS, NeoGeo, FC, SFC, MD and many more and comes with games pre-installed. You can also use your own roms.

Its entirely in chinese and I couldn't find a tutorial anywhere, but its not that hard to figure out anyway.
