I have a text file abc.txt, I can't open it, because the language is not available, can you help me?
format : Unix ANSI and file UNIX LF UTF - 16
how do conrvent to file WINDOW CRLF UTF 8

Get Notepad++, then follow these steps:

- Open Notepad++
- Go toSettings -> Preferences -> New document -> Encoding -> choose UTF-8, and check "Apply to opened ANSI files".
- Open your text file with Notepad++

Install Notepad++ if you dont have it already.
Open Your File: Launch Notepad++ and open the abc.txt file.
Convert Encoding:
Go to the "Encoding" menu.
If the file is detected as UTF-16, there should be a checkmark next to "Encode in UCS-2 LE BOM" or similar.
Select "Encode in UTF-8".
Convert Line Endings:
Go to the "Edit" menu.
Hover over "EOL Conversion".
Select "Windows (CR LF)".
Save the File: Save your file, and it will now be in Windows CRLF UTF-8 format.
