Give warning to user before banning for carding

With all respect rules contradict each other why are peopel allowed to post accs with cc linked or stuff but a person cant sell prepaids which obtained through social engineering like its just stupid and contradictary and they dont even warn and ask to delete thread but instead they just fucking ban you out of nowhere and no reply to ban appeal

If you need ban carding then dont allow accs + ccs ez as that
