Five m ban without any reason

So my first time downloading five m on my pc when I tried to enter any gta roleplay server this problem appear ? Any solution and why Im banned without even using five m before

Perhaps it's your account which was banned?
Have you ever played it on another PC and gotten banned?
Perhaps you had cheats or something which triggered it locally... It may be worth contacting fivem support and if that doesn't work you could try spoofing your HWID and loads of other unique identifiers to your PC...
