Enforce Leecher bans & Paid forum

I completely understand your viewpoint on this @emzeloldand I actually thought about it the exact same way BUT until I saw a staff member or another member saying "leechers are not all that bad because if you ban them all/no leechers" then no one would engage in the content at all so yeah it changed my perspective and now I understand what I guess you can say the "benefit" of having them

Nope, if forums becomes paid, then leechers will just go to other forums, Traded.cx will loose it's popularity, people will no longer be able to grind for likes, thus achievable ranks would be meaningless, leechers are important, without leechers the forum would be dead.
