The method works, you need a bit of luck and some time to spend to try the method over and over again until yu hit it and make a permanent account, the method is also explained in a simple and straight forward way

The seller is a nice guy willing to help he also provides videos to make you understand better how the whole process works without getting stuck
Price:
I think that if you plan to resell these accounts then the price is more than fair since you can make mutiple accounts and then sell them for a profit
