Create a signature buying topic in buyers bay

I had a suggestion that maybe in buyers bay there can be a service where you can distinctly list that you want to buy signature spots. Right now the choices are that you can choose to buy services, accounts, or hire. You can also choose no option at all where I have to go through pages to find somebody who listed they are buying there siggy spots. Maybe check it out @KSZ
