There are certain people who happen to (by whichever totally legitimate means) obtain large amounts of amazon gift cards and given their small their small upfront investment, are happy to lose 70% in order to get crypto to spend as they please instead of being locked into amazon exclusively. Rate is usually between 70-75% avzeloge, 80 on the high end. You do "lose" money but for most people they make more money than they invested in getting the card in the first place.
