bin or prefix creating

anyone here has knowledge on bin genzelotors which can be used to skip stores which dont require a cvc?
usualy the prefix is around 12 digits with 4 remaining digits genzeloted , then the card is checked if live and if so will go thru the purchase because purchase skips without cvc , please if you have knowledge let me know i am trying to create prefixes . i searched the forum and found nothing of this sort

I have seen this, not sure if that will work because you still have to have valid card number and expiry date which is still very unlikely

If you do find out though pm me because I just got given a steam prefix skip and its like you said, first 12 card digits and exp date and cvv is 000. Will trade method for the data
