Ban user who are very obviously scripting, @Slimecicle specifically

@Slimecicle has been using a script that allows him to mass visit everyone profile for months now, he's been reported around 150 time yet he's still doing it unpunished.
If you click his profile and you keep refreshing you can see that every second that pass he's checking someone else profile.
He's doing so to boost his own profile views and it's just annoying, he's ALWAYS in the top 5 visitor of every active member profile.

Litzelolly every seconds I hit f5 your checking someone else profile, and it's not even active user, it's EVERYONE. this is the clearest scripting usage I've ever seen, how the fuck did you manage to check 11 profile in 70 seconds?
