hey everyone in a bit of need for some help, back in the days (BO2) when people created RTM/RTE Tools you used too be able too open the EXE/DLL Files in Visual Studio, once loaded it would allow you too see the tool and be able too click tabs ( Unlock All ETC ) to get the source codes/edit codes/change names. any idea why visual studio wont open the files like that anymore or am i forgetting a different program? Thanks for any help provided
