Add "edit report" feature

I've just reported a user for not respecting forum & shoutbox rules, and a few minutes later he provided me some more content to feed the report...
I went back to this user's profile, but could not add a new report or update my report (the same way I would be able to edit a user's reputation)

Probably not a high priority, but could be a nice and easy (imo) add-on
