Would be nice to have a button like the delete rep button to appeal scammer reps

I need this to be added, some fucktard got mad at me and fake repped me, last year i neg repped him, and sometime this year he copied the message i used to neg rep him n he did it to me.. ruined my perfect score fr, made a ticket about it too and its been ignored for ages
