Before anything, No I'm not giving you my seedphrase or will share my Anydesk/Teamviewer. I need genuine Help. And for anyone wondering, there's little balance (around $200-$300) So you won't be rich. I want to know it for future purposes.
I use Coinbase Commerce for my Atshop Payments, Which is banned 2 times (Including Today) . KSZ told me to use Electrum and for the first time, I was able to recover my funds.
1 year later, I got banned again and now I try to do it, and it's sadly not there. I recovered the account on electrum, Got all the transactions showing, Even on Blockchain the money is there, But when I check the Balance, It's $0 showing. I am 100% sure there is money on my wallet but it's not there.
I am not very techy or Smart in terms of Crypto, I just use it to receive money.
Few things for the "PROS" to know:
1. KSZ Said: u can check error logs it will give you a specific error that it failed to load from x time. because its not loading all transactions (Which I can see the Time/Date Gap between Payments)
2. In Electrum when Restoring this wallet and I selected Auto Detect Existing Wallet, It said this "CoolWallet S derivation path using bip44 but with segwit script format"
3. I tried Exodus, Blockchain, Electrum, TrustWallet, Atomwallet, MetaMask. None of it worked.
What is the solution?
