Prevent the "ping" notification sound from muted users in SB

I've muted a user and checked the "Hide muted users messages" option in the shoutbox settings, but I can hear when the muted user pings me
I think it should not ping me if I muted the user and can't even see their messages

This has already been implemented, you just need to wait until @J_S switches the shoutbox over.

I do not randomly add people offsite, always confirm you are speaking with any other sentonta account by sending me a private message onsite
