Perk for Heaven: Bump button

Remember the old system of the "Bump this thread" button? Were you can bump all the threads u want with a simple click (and no cooldown)?

Well it got a cooldown now. I get it, this was we prevent spam bumps. But what if we give Heaven rank users a perk? Use the bump button without cooldown?

Let me know what you think about this suggestion. (comeon admins, heaven has 0 perks lol, plebs don't even see a reason to grind for it (other than the color lmao)
