and is it possible to do this w/o ebay account? and without speaking german?

I sell you the stuff. I get it cheaper. My PayPal gets limited everytime no matter what I do zzz
Maybe it's because I have made too much PayPal accounts cuz of this method

Without ebay account... Not really. I really recommend that you speak German otherwise you won't be able to do this method I guess. Like I said Hq, super privat..

You must be able to sell things on eBay, virtual goods. Maybe you need to do it with a VPN to get more customers because it is based in Germany. If you don't speak German maybe you can do it with my help at the beginning and then it is everytime the same but hm..i don't recommend ^^
