Looking for a GOOD proxy provider

I am searching a GOOD Proxy provider which actually also has the IP Pool they advertise.
I tried digiproxy and intenseproxy, but they are both complete useless and a absolute waste of
money.

Can someone suggest a provider which has a stable european IP pool?
