New accoutns should be sensitive to reports and get their threads deleted if more then 2 people report their thread.
It should also restrict the account to post any new threads to avoid another scam/malware being spread.
This will avoid scam being too long online since it always takes a while till mods can react.
Ofc this will cause people abusing this so:
1. False reports should result in direct warnings. If not in 2 week bans (People might try to revenge report)
2. Reports should only be accepted by contributer or above reports of leechers or white users will have to be aproved by staff (People could use fake accounts to take down all new threads with a script and fuck up cto)
3. Account should get restircted instantly (or the multi can just post another scam pdf file)
4. This rule only applies on new people or white users ofc.
