Giveaway Tool

Hello there. My suggestion is that there might be a rule that tells people who make giveaways that they should use the forum tool.

First because it is obviously easier for everybody (the tool pick winnersand notify em too) but second because it will decrease theamount of fake giveaways (selecting a friend or multiacc)or winners not randomly picked (many times I feel like the guy who make the thread just pick one user highrep to win kek )

I hate number random gen tbh
