If you want a project that requires little maintenance and provides passive income then this is for you. I'm selling website and source code for a sports streaming website. The streams are from a 3rd party website so the only thing you have to worry about is designing the website.
You'll be able to stream all major sports from all major networks.
Once the site is up you don't need to maintain it that much, it's an automated live streaming website that updates by itself. If you have a good budget for marketing you can make a lot of money with this.
