2. Please allow 1-2 days for labels to be "delivered/scanned" but all packages usually will be sent to couriers same day before cut off time of the day (12pm PST).
3. If your label gets relabled we have no control of courier, we are not responsible*
4. We will not help you or give you advice on refunds, we are just a FTID group who provide FTID service and that's it.
