If you fail the refund because you did something else than the steps said, I'm not responsible.
If you fail the refund because you couldn't do the steps for some personal / non-personal reason, I'm not responsible.
If you fail the refund even though you did all the steps correctly AND you can prove you did EVERY STEP CORRECTLY. We will try again together, I won't refund you!
If we try again and it still fails, that means the method is patched. Never happened but of course it could happen. Will still not give refund in this case!
