Best way to get scammers' information

Hello,

I got scammed on a marketplace website by someone. And now I am trying to get that person's information.
Now I have a few phone numbers he uses and a domain (that's offline for now). But it looks like he still makes some advertisements on the marketplace and I want to prevent someone else who cares more about money will not overcome the same thing

Did someone have a good way to get more information like the real IP, location, etc?

He probably uses a VPN etc.
Just report him to the forum staff, provide all proofs and chatlogs to that forum staff (If its trustable)
