Alternative for secondeyesolution.com ?

Secondeyesolution.com used to provide fake ID scans (incl. selfies) for unlocking stealth PayPal and other ghost accounts.

They were shut down by LE years ago and I have yet to find an alternative to them.

Please tell me if you know a similar service ?
