Allow Supreme+ Users To Change Their User Color Without Changing User Group

I think it would be a good idea cause it would incentivize people to either buy Supreme or work up to Godlike+

Yeah pretty much. I know a decent number of people match their user color with their user item and I feel like being able to just change one will help us stay looking high rep without losing our cool looking name lol.
