@Adaptt asked in chat for a paypal to btc exchange, I accepted the offer.

He transferred me "$355 usd" via paypal
I transferred it too my cashapp via debit and then he said nvm so I transferred it back via my debit.
I tried to send him $334 via paypal and it showed the god awful error. It declined my payment.

I assume switching $300+ back and forth looked sus.
Paypal is closed cause its late so I'm contacting them in the morning.
I'm on top of the issue but I feel like there will be a report opened.

I will actively be working to resolve this issue.

Obviously I'm not scamming. its just a crappy exchange.

The way I exchange paypal to btc is

Send the paypal to my debit linked to my cashapp then cashapp to bitcoin then send them the btc.

He has been in communication and will be calling PayPal this morning to get the refund back to me.

8:00 AM CST: Scam report will be created if it is not solved today by 10:00 PM CST. I believe that is ample time to gather funds to front my refund or to return my original payment.

3:32 PM CST: Have not received an update as to how he is actively working to resolve this issue.
