Is Silverbullet 1.14 RATed / malware?

Saw this in a TG group
Silverbullet is opensource and has many detection on virustotal as "HackTool"
but if you're referring to the blocked pro version, idk I found a blocked version in here and the virustotal shows only 1 detection as "Dropper" while the non-blocked original one has like 15+ detections as false positives. I haven't took time to reverse it yet but it seems like it's a crypted malware (?)
