Is there any way to avoid Paypal holding your money?

I'm selling clothes on vinted and everytime i receive a payment above 100 through paypal, it gets put on hold until i ship the clothes.

I can't figure out what the problem is here. It seems perfectly normal for PayPal to suspend the transaction to avoid scams. As far as I know, there's no way to avoid this.
