I believe starkrdp allow cracking (and I use it for cracking rn too)
it's also the fastest rdp's i've gotten, majority of others for me are so slow when you see the input time vs when it happens (like when I open a browser on other rdp's, it usually takes like 5 sec to open, starkrdp is the only one that takes like 1 second)
or I've used reliablesite for when I was properly cracking and making good money, their rdp's are very fast and very good (but they specialize in good specs so you won't find cheap rdp's there)

blueangelhost maybe, used a lot by warez release sites. They dont care about DMCA.
