My 4 years old account was banned less than 48 hours after upgrading it to Supreme and honestly I don't have the slightest idea what could have happened.

I would love to understand what triggered the Ban, (Ban Reason: Security lock).
Did the reason have to do with the payment for the account upgrade? (I used ETH).
Was it a problem related to my connection (IP/VPN)?.
What do you mean by "Security lock" as the reason for the Ban?.
As I said before, I would love to know what happened so I can create another account and pay the Upgrade again without running the risk of the same thing happening to me again.
