I got a suggestion to minimize the number of leachers.
Firstly new accounts registered will need a modzelotor to approve their account to start posting. Any new member wont be able to post until a mod approved there account.
Secondly Im not sure if this will work well but any new post they post will need to be approved before they go public. In case of lock ontent, when they post the locked content doesnt get unlocked until their post is approved and when it does the content gets unlocked. This can be for the first 15 posts for example. This also will allow modzelotor to see if a new user is only posting to unlock content or contributing.
