Recently some users have found a way to abuse post editing abilities in order to mass-mention users to a thread, this is typically seen in notorious G2A Timezone Scam threads (perhaps some botting work is at play). I propose that post editing is limited in a 24h period (perhaps being a upgraded member will remove this limitation as the sanction is intended to deal with malicious new/bot accounts).
