If you get problems during installation with Error Code 21, please dont change the installation destination path!
And you have to do all windows updates! Update windows -> restart -> click again search for updates!
this works 100%

If you get problems with Windows Defender or Antivirus Software, just deactivate it , install what you need and activate your
defender!
