Dont use same phone numbers, get urself prepaid cards/virtual numbers.
Change addy slightly, use virtual onetime cc's (Revolut is good or Privacy.com for USA)
Change name slightly, also for cc info, they (normally) dont look at that
Edit everything that can expose you,dont make it obvious.
use prime trial, prime members get better rep.
Do 2-3 real orders after every refund, if you use domains where you need to pay alot of shipping, buy books or even eBooks/any amazon exclusive products. Preordering things makes your account look even more legit (and you can cancel them after a successful refund)
So first of all dont use an VPN if youre planning on creating a new amazon account/it will get flagged, u notice that if they gonna ask you for your phone number after creating an account.
Use mobile data (if you wanna be on the safe side, use good proxies, 911 etc) and use GoLogin browser. If u wanna be even safer, use RDPs
