Hello guys


I ordered a laptop 2 months'ish ago. I so far had 2 refunders try. First hp takes weeks to send the return label and then I hardly get professional replies from the refunders.

Again last week I randomly received a return label. Is it still possible to refund this after 2 weeks? and if so who can do it?
