some questions:
- did you use a HQ RDP for yourself, aka checking ip-score, scamalytics, etc.?
- did you use a non-shady browser like chrome without any blockers (affiliate, ads,..)?
- which country did you use for registering yourself?
CB has sevzelol levels for paying, means wealthy countries like the US are paid $1 per registered user.
- did you double-check on the CB affiliates site if you used the correct links?

CB mostly removed the lower barrier for abusing the affiliate program.

So the rdp is USA one and its a new rdp never used it before

To put simply:
Raw Hits > Total Traffic (including already registered users)
Unique Hits > Unique (new) users, that are not registered on chaturbate.
Hits doesnt mean registration. It only shows that people come to chaturbate using your link.
It shows that you brought 36 unique visitors, but none of them registered.
So you didnt get paid, because you re only paid when user registers.
